Jake is a licensed CPA turned venture strategist and creative executive, blending financial acumen with brand building expertise.
Before cofounding TOJA Creative, he spent a combined seven years at Deloitte and a VC startup within investment management and venture capital sector, developing a deep understanding of growth systems and business scalability.
As the founder of Newport Run Club, Jake grew the community to nearly 30,000 followers and over 1.5 million monthly impressions organically, partnering with brands such as Rivian, Guinness, Diplo, Dermalogica and others.
His expertise spans creative strategy, growth and analytics, campaign architecture, and visual production.
At TOJA, Jake bridges insight with execution, transforming data-driven strategy into creativity that scales and performs.

Victoria is a creative strategist and media executive with over eight years of experience in modeling, media partnerships, and brand storytelling.
Her career spans collaborations with global brands including Alo Yoga, The North Face, American Eagle, Under Armour and others.
Before cofounding TOJA Creative, she worked within the tech and blockchain media space, leading end-to-end campaigns for emerging technology brands. She has also spent eight years represented by Wilhelmina Models, a top global talent agency.
Victoria is passionate about wellness and movement, and has cultivated a digital audience of 45,000 across platforms.
Her expertise includes media strategy, creative & movement direction, copywriting and brand positioning.
At TOJA, Victoria leads creative vision and media planning, translating brand essence into a compelling language.
